Hello
Ik heb een Packard Bell win ME.
Ik heb dit geconfigureert naar win XP Pro. Het afsluiten via toetsenbord ging, dit gebeurde via het bureaublad eigenschappen schermbeveiliging, dan AMP, dan ondersteuning voor geavanceerd inschakelen, dus OK . Maar ik heb mijn PC ge F Diskt voor win XP pro Clean  te gebruiken.
Sindsdien heb of vind ik niet meer deze AMP om de PC  te sluiten ! Via het toetsenbord
ben ik naar verschillende  forums geweest, daarbij ook bij Packard bell, ik heb van alles en nog wat geprobeerd. Gebeld naar BP dat niet goedkoop is, per minuut zijn dat vele EURO’S en er is nog steeds geen oplossing voor mij. Dit duurt nu al 4 weken.
Ik kom tot bij jullie via CLICKX  magazine nr 24 ;  uit een consumentenonderzoek blijkt dat Oplossing.be  het beste bekroond is.
Kunnen jullie mij helpen ?

Bedoel je niet APM ?
Dat dient om je pc automatisch te laten afsluiten ipv dat je op de knop moet duwen om de pc uit te zetten ?

K als het vroeger gewerkt heeft ga ik ervan uit dat het in de bios ook goed staat dus doe eens volgende :

Configuratiescherm -> Energiebeheer "Advanced Powermanagement" aanzetten.

of

Start regedit.... Zoek op PowerdownAfterShutdown.
en dan PowerdownAfterShutdown op 1 zetten.

of ben ik mis ik stuur je een Mail met een Print Screen
alles je anderre Print Screen will zien zeg het maar  ;)

Kijk dan toch maar voor alle zekerheid eerst in je bios na of die optie aan staat : Kijk naar ACPI of APM en zet die aan als dat niet het geval is.

Kijk ook dit eens na :
Apparaatbeheer --> Beeld --> Verborgen apparaten weergeven --> Dan verschijnt er een apparaat extra met een kruis er doorheen ff aanvinken

en als dat nog niet helpt kijk hier eens :

Mijn Bios staat
1 power management setup
ACPI standy state op S1/pos

2  power management/APM nu op Enabled

3  naar die link van aumha Ik kan echt geen Engels lezen  :-[

Ik zie niet waar een apparaat bij komt met een kruis

kan je me anders een Print screen door Mailen A.U B

Voor de printscreen zal iemand anders moeten zorgen want ik gebruik geen XP

Ik moet ook straks weg dus kan niet echt meer verder helpen .....

Als die apm/acpi uitstond in de bios probeer nu nog eens mijn eerste raad uit ivm het "Advanced Powermanagement" aanzetten

Kijk ook nog eens in apparaatbeheer bij computer of daar wel "advanced configuration and power interface -pc" staat
zoniet kan je dat op een of andere manier wel wijzigen ma dat weet ik ook niet van buiten moet ik dus opzoeken en zal dus niet meer voor vandaag zijn

ps die update heeft wel veel vernageld lijkt mij als al mijn vorige raad niet lukt :p

Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI)
Advanced Power Management (APM)
ACPI is the preferred method for controlling power management. When ACPI support is not installed, Windows installs APM when any of the following situations occur:
The computer appears in the Auto-Enable APM list section of the Biosinfo.inf file. The computer passed APM tests and should work with APM. The APM tab is present and enabled in the Power Options tool in Control Panel.
The computer appears in the Disable APM list section of the Biosinfo.inf file. The computer is tested and found to have problems with APM. The APM tab is not present in the Power Options tool in Control Panel.
The computer does not appear in either of the lists, and is considered neutral. The computer is not tested for APM support in Windows. The APM tab is present in the Power Options tool in Control Panel, but it is not enabled by default. To configure this option:
In Control Panel, double-click Power Options.
On the APM tab, click Enable Advanced Power Management Support.
Microsoft does not recommend enabling APM support on a computer that is not detected as APM 1.2 compliant. If you experience problems after enabling APM support, disable APM, and contact the manufacturer for an updated BIOS. APM support is only supported on Windows 2000 Professional. In addition, if a computer is a multiprocessor system, Windows does not install APM support.
