Dears,
we, (the administrators of a free-of-charge computer-helpsite https://www.oplossing.be) send you hereby an exe-file to analise.
The file GV_Profile.exe (ID 25355943) triggers your Antivir programn with the TR/Agent.163840.22.
You determined it to be MALWARE. You determined it to be a trojan horse.
The program is written by one of the members of our forum, to help new members to find and add their hardware- and software- configuration in their "profile" box, on the forum. This program does not make connection to any source or target, except that it writes the found data to Windows Notepad, so the member can paste it into the section of his profile box.
Can you tell us in what specific way this program can been determinated as Malware?
Many programs running under Windows (and Windows included) do the same thing. When you install a program, the installer also looks what my Windows version is, and then, maby, tells me that the program can't be installed under that version. Those programs are NOT been determined to be MALWARE. When you install Avira AntiVir, the installer ALSO looks if the Operating System is OK for installing Avira. So....
Our free-of-charge computer-helpsite (https://www.oplossing.be) always advise members to use Avira AntiVir, to protect them well.
It hurts that Avira has determinated a peacefull help-program as malware?
Looking forward for your answer
Regards

Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for your recent inquiry.
We could not find a virus in the attachment you have sent us. This is a false positive. We will take out the pattern recognition in one of our next updates.
We thank you for your assistance.

SoftAid
